What is a Design request?
One design request includes any of the following:
– Two pages of a book or a catalog (Up to A4 Size)
– Two sides of a business card, flyer, brochure, etc (Up to A4 Size)
– Two sides of any other print and digital designs as long as one side is up to A4 size
– One side or one face of a banner, hoarding, signage, packaging, etc (Any Size)
– One side or one face of any Packaging Design (Any Size).
What details should my design request include?
Your design requests should include the following details:
– Design Size
– Preferred Colors
– Any Inspiration Design Samples
– Design Text Copy
Note: The more descriptive you can be, the fewer revisions will need.
What does unlimited graphic design mean?
Unlimited graphic design means you’ll never have to worry about paying an hourly rate or project for any of your design works. Create as many projects and we’ll do them in your order of choice. Once a design project is completed we’ll start the next one in your queue on the same day.
How many designs can I expect in a day?
Each design request turnaround time varies based on the design package you have taken. You should expect daily output delivery on revisions and a maximum of 48 hours for any new design request.
How quick is your design turnaround time?
Each design request turnaround time varies based on the designing package you have taken. Simple design projects can be done within the turnaround time mentioned in each package. Meanwhile, complex tasks such as custom illustrations, infographics, multi-page booklets, etc can take more time. Most simple revisions can be completed within one day.
What happens if I don't like the designs?
This will likely happen but if you don’t like the design you received, we will try our best to meet your expectations during your design revision stage. We would request all our clients to give an inspirational design sample for our designers to follow and be as descriptive as you can in order to avoid any revisions.
Things To Note:
– We are offering affordable graphic design services and should not be compared to a creative design agency.
– We will do our best to replicate the inspirational design sample that you shared with us and try our best to meet your design expectations.
– If you have taken our fixed design rates, for each design request you will get 2 revisions. Whereas if you take our unlimited design package then you will get unlimited design revisions for your design request.
How many design requests can I submit at a time?
You can submit an unlimited number of requests. Our design coordinator will review them, to ensure we have all the details included and then assign them to our design team. We will work on only one active project at a time and the others will be in the queue.
Who owns the design copyright?
Copyright ownership is transferred to the client as soon as the order is complete.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you decide to upgrade, you will pay a prorated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you will get a credit on your payment for the next month.
What is your refund policy?
If, for whatever reason, you’re dissatisfied with our services, then do get in touch with us within 7 days of your first subscription payment to receive a full refund.

We use the following design tool for any of our projects
– Adobe Photoshop
– Adobe Illustrator
– Adobe Indesign
– Google Slides & Microsoft Powerpoint (For Presentations & Pitch Decks).
